1. Molding processing
There are roughly two processing and forming methods for aluminum alloy of simple double tractor: extrusion method and rolling method.
Extrusion forming is a commonly used method for forming industrial aluminum profiles. First, an aluminum profile mold is made according to the cross-section of the profile, and a round casting rod heated to a critical point is extruded from the mold. For example, 6063 aluminum alloy, in the extrusion process, there is an air-cooled quenching process and artificial aging treatment before it completes the heat treatment of aluminum profiles, and the heat treatment of different aluminum alloys is different.
The rolling method is used when it is necessary to produce small and medium-sized bars and profiles with simple cross-sectional shapes in large quantities, and the requirements for size and surface quality are not very high.
2. Surface treatment
The surface treatment method of industrial aluminum profile is generally surface anodizing treatment, and some also need spraying, electrophoresis and other treatment methods.
Surface anodizing treatment is to use the principle of electrolysis to form a thicker and denser oxide film on the surface of industrial aluminum profiles, thereby increasing the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy materials. After that, the technical aluminium profile also needs to be sealed.
