Any machine in the operation process will have the production process to ensure the integrity of the operation, so what is the process of aluminum profile production?
1. Casting is the first process of aluminum production.
The main process is:
(1) ingredients: according to the specific alloy grades that need to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy ingredients, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) melting: the prepared raw materials are added to the melting furnace according to the process requirements to melt, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by means of degassing and slag refining.
(3) casting: the molten aluminum can be cooled and cast into round casting rods of various specifications through deep well casting system under certain casting conditions.
2, squeezing
Extrusion is the means of profile forming.According to the profile product section design, manufacturing a mold, the use of extruder will be heated good round casting rod from the mold extrusion. The commonly used 6063 alloy is reinforced by an air-cooled quenching process and a subsequent artificial aging process during extrusion.Different grades of heat-treatable strengthening alloys have different heat treatment systems.
3. Coloring (mainly focus on the process of oxidation here)
Oxidation: extruded aluminum alloy profile, its surface corrosion resistance is not strong, the anodic oxidation of the surface treatment to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of the aesthetic degree.
The main process is:
(1) surface pretreatment: clean the profile surface with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure matrix, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxidation film.A mirror or matte surface can also be obtained mechanically.
(2) anodic oxidation: for the profiles pretreated on the surface, under certain technological conditions, anodic oxidation occurs on the surface of the matrix, resulting in a dense, porous and adsorptive layer of AL203.
(3) hole sealing: the membrane pores and pores of the porous oxide film generated after anodic oxidation are closed to enhance the anti-pollution, anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent, and some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film hole by the strong adsorbability of the oxide film before sealing.
