1. When the temperature is ≥180℃, the area begins to cool down and the fan begins to work.(cooling is divided into air cooling and oil cooling.) when the temperature is less than or equal to 180℃, heating begins again.Core temperature is the same truth, is the set temperature is relatively low at about 80 ℃, and is heat transfer by heat conduction medium, when the temperature of 80 ℃ or less core temperature heating tube heating work, through the heat pump cycle to provide screw, when the temperature of 80 ℃ or higher cooler water solenoid valve is opened, the oil by cooler is cooled by oil pump cycle to take screw in excess heat.On the basis of automatic control of the second, third and fourth regions of the cylinder and the core temperature, there is also a manual forced cooling function to control the instantaneous temperature increase.
