3. The automatic feeding system is controlled by the time relay or the level meter to transmit signals. When the level meter transmits signals in case of shortage of materials, the system begins to feed materials.

5. When the aluminum profile is cooled to below 50℃, open energy stretch profile.

6, when the profile bending and twisting at the same time, should be corrected after twisting and bending.

7. One or two roots should be tested to confirm whether the predetermined tensile rate and clamping method are suitable.Visual bending, twisting, check the profile of the plane clearance, flaring, parallel, if not suitable, to adjust the tensile rate.

8. If the normal tensile ratio still cannot eliminate bending, twisting, or make the geometric dimension qualified, the operator should be informed to stop squeezing.

9. The profiles on the cooling table shall not rub, collide, overlap and pile up to prevent rubbing.
